Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at olena.collard@icloud.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Exceptions: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and place a new order separately.

Refunds: Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
